Hi,
I'm (re)building bookworm for riscv64, and rustc-web fails because the
stage0 is unavailable unless I enable the build profile and allow
network access during build.
If there is another update of rustc-web in stable, it would be nice if
riscv64 stage0 could be added.
Wishlist because it affects stable only and I can work around it.

This is now in stable-proposed-updates, so I'm closing it. Thanks!

FYI, I'm preparing rustc-web 1.85, and it will include riscv64 stage0
compiler. Nothing special that I have to do, rustc just happens to
include it now so rustc-web will as well.
