This package seems to be completely undocumented. After visiting the
initial page at http://localhost/sitebar (this is the sole piece of
information in the Debian README) and installing to my appropriate
browser, I get a SiteBar screen with a link to the upstream home page
(I can't find a shred of documentation there) and to a "setup" screen
with more than a dozen settings which I can't even begin to make sense
of because I have only the briefest of ideas of what the program is
supposed to do (that is, maintain a collection of bookmarks in a mysql
database and provide user and administrator interfaces to the
collection via apache and php).
