The deprecated and unmaintained CDBS build system is slowly being
sunset in favor of DebHelper.
Thanks to Debian Code Search, a series of 19 last packages still
including /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/perl-build.mk in their debian/rules
have been identified.
Please port this package to DebHelper.
The goal is to remove Perl support from CDBS in the Forky development
cycle.
