The version of ZMap in Debian is far out of date compared to the upstream
version. The current version in Debian is 2.1.1, but the latest release from
upstream is 4.3.4, which was released almost ten years after 2.1.1.
The updated version includes important bug fixes and new features, and I
believe it should be packaged in Debian.
Please consider updating the package to the latest version. You can find the
