Package: simple-cdd

With debian-cd 3.2.0, simple-cdd fails to create an installer image with the
following errors:

2023-04-24 03:07:41 ERROR build/debian-cd exited with code 2
2023-04-24 03:07:41 ERROR Last 5 lines of standard error:

manipulator, libburnia project.
2023-04-24 03:07:41 ERROR build/debian-cd: missing metadata file
./tmp/mirror/dists/bullseye/main/dep11/Components-amd64.yml.gz at
./tmp/debian-cd/tools/generate_firmware_patterns line 172.
2023-04-24 03:07:41 ERROR build/debian-cd: generate_firmware_patterns failed:
512 at ./tmp/debian-cd/tools/make_disc_trees.pl line 1257.
2023-04-24 03:07:41 ERROR build/debian-cd: make: *** [Makefile:487:
image-trees] Error 2
2023-04-24 03:07:41 ERROR build/debian-cd exited with code 2, full log can be
found in ./cdd/tmp/log/build-debian-cd

If I downgrade to debian-cdi 3.1.36, the build (a bullseye image) process
succeeds. The related build profile exports NONFREE, NONFREE_COMPONENTS, and
FORCE_FIRMWARE, and requires several firmware packages.

This might be worth fixing for Bookworm.

Regards, Daniel
