Package: iceweasel
Version: 31.2.0esr-2~deb7u1

Site specific overrides appear to no longer work in iceweasel v31. Used to work
in version iceweasel v24.

How to test:
1. Set the following properties
general.useragent.site_specific_overrides true
general.useragent.override
Mozilla/5.0
general.useragent.override.wordpress.com Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux
x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Iceweasel/31.2.0

2. Try to access wordpress.com. You should get "The connection was interrupted"
error.

3. Now set
general.useragent.override
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0
Iceweasel/31.2.0

4. Try to access wordpress.com again. You should now be able to successfully
access the wordpress.com site.

Any ideas? Thanks

Version: 115.12.0esr-1+rm

src:iceweasel has been superseded by src:firefox-esr in version 45.0esr-1 in March 2016. Transitional packages to ease upgrades were provided in the wheezy, jessie, stretch and buster releases. The transitional packages have been removed finally before the bullseye release in August 2021. After regular security support for buster ended in August 2022 and LTS support ended in June 2024, I'm closing the remaining bug reports now.
