I use gnome-orca screen reader.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I move on a webpage with the arrow keys, bindings in Orca. When I want to
enable a link, I press Enter.
* What was the outcome of this action?
When I do Previous, i.e. alt-left arrow, my focus comes at the beginning of the
page.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Just like Firefox on Windows, I'd like the focus, after Alt-left arrow key,
comes
back on the link where I had pressed Enter to visit the page. You can reproduce
on a search engine like google: see results, osen one, then Previous. The
focus doesn't come back on the result but I need to browse again all the page
to come back where I was.

Version: 115.12.0esr-1+rm
src:iceweasel has been superseded by src:firefox-esr in version
45.0esr-1 in March 2016. Transitional packages to ease upgrades were
provided in the wheezy, jessie, stretch and buster releases. The
transitional packages have been removed finally before the bullseye
release in August 2021.
After regular security support for buster ended in August 2022 and LTS
support ended in June 2024, I'm closing the remaining bug reports now.
