Package: libfastjson4
Version: 1.2304.0-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Upgrading libfastjson4 lead to rsyslog failing:

service rsyslog restart
Stopping enhanced syslogd: rsyslogd.
Starting enhanced syslogd: rsyslogd/usr/sbin/rsyslogd: Relink
`/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libfastjson.so.4' with
`/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6' for IFUNC symbol `modf'
Segmentation fault
 failed!

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Downgrading libfastjson4 to 0.99.9-1 enabled rsyslog to run alright.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Hi by downgrading libc6 and related packages to 2.41-12, I was able to use
rsyslogd with version 1.2304.0-2 libfastjson4.

Please close the bug.

Ok, doing so. If you want to see this further investigated, you will need to provide the requested information
