Package: gnucash
Version: 1.8.10-12
Severity: minor

I've gotten into the habit of using 4-digit years where I can, and I find it
a bit annoying that gnucash thinks 2005 is 2020.

Once more, with detail: if I try to enter a transaction in gnucash, move to
the date field, and enter "6/27/2005", gnucash will convert this to
"6/27/20" -- i.e., 6/27/2020.

  Daniel

It turns out this is not really a bug. The POSIX locale specifies
a two-digit date format. If you want to be able to use four-digit
years, you need to select a locale with that date format.

See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338911 for more
information.
