There are no new features in the open-vm-tools 13.0.5 release. This is
primarily a maintenance release that addresses a security issue.
This release resolves [CVE-2025-41244](
https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2025-41244). For more information on
this vulnerability and its impact on Broadcom products,
