I disabled the warnings and errors about the libxml2 version, according
to the discussion in https://bugs.debian.org/1072012. Let's assume that
this is not necessary anymore with the bumped soname, and that further
updates will bump the soname again with ABI incompatibilities.
Please drop the upper version dependency on libxml2. You may want to
have still a dependency on libxml2-16 (>= 2.15), because the old 2.14.x
still has the warnings/errors enabled, and the autopkg tests will fail
before libxml2 2.15.x migrates.
Afaics, there is no need for an upload before libxml 2.15.x migrates to
testing.
The same applies for libxml-libxslt-perl, not filing another bug report
for that one.
