Initially the following buttons are present in the top-right menu:
Suspend
Hibernate
Restart...
Shutdown...
But after the first login/logout, the Hibernate and Restart ones
disappear. I don't see any reason for that.

Closing as fixed in this upstream version (I don't remember, but
I suppose that it was fixed there; in any case, this bug has not
occurred for many years).
