The 42.7.8 upstream version introduced a dependency on the junit-bom
which is propagated to the pom for the libpostgresql-jdbc-java binary
package. The effect of this to cause FTBFS on packages that build-dep
on libpostgresql-jdbc-java unless they either ignore or somehow provide
the junit dependency.
Filing this bug for visibility and for "affects". An upload with a fix
is pending.
