This package have no user interface, but you can easily use it with
Helm package by customizing `helm-ff-edit-marked-files-fn'
variable. If you are not using Helm you will have to define
yourself a function that call `wfnames-setup-buffer' with a list of
files as argument.
This is a dependency of newer helm version, which is required to fix RC
bugs (Bug#1099238, and in turn Bug#1020160). I'm maintain this within
the Debian Emacsen team. I am a DM, so I would need a sponsor for the
