At the top of the main window is the search box for highlighting/finding
surveys/caves. It now just contains the search symbol, with no area to type
search terms in. It is now not possible to search for anything.
This is a major regression of functionality that has been working for a couple
of decades, making the software very difficult to use for many purposes, and
almost impossible for some (big systems/cave collections).
