Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
plyara could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the testsuite generates a parsetab.py file that ends
up in the binary package, so if the tests are skipped (via "nocheck")
then the package will have different contents.
