Hi,

gst-plugins-bad1.0 pulls mjpegtools into the key package set.
mjpegtools FTBFS'ed for quite some time, until Sebastian fixed it
yesterday. I'm filing this bug to record the hint on IRC, that
gst-plugins-bad1.0 should probably stop using mjpegtools.

Thanks for considering.

Chris

An new upload of mjpegtools fixed the FTBS and in the process, it made
this bug obsolete by fixing the file conflict during upgrade:

```
mjpegtools (1:2.2.1-3) unstable; urgency=medium
  * debian/control:
    - Remove now unnecessary dpkg-dev BD.
    - Breaks+Replaces on versions containing libraries with incorrect SONAME.
```

Since the supplied PR disables the build of mpeg2enc and this codec is
probably used, we (with Christopher) decided not to merge the
submitted PR.

Thanks Christopher.
