Hi,
libdevil1c2 package is very small, only Download-Size: 226 kB.
also /usr/bin/ilur is small to, just 26k.
It's not necessary to split /usr/bin/ilur to a single package.
The binary /usr/bin/ilur and so files is the same arch, packaging
them to one package, is no problem.
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libIL.so.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libILU.so.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libILUT.so.1
