in the last upload architecture-is-64-bit was added to Build-Depends was
added since upstream does not guarantee that this code is running properly
on 32 bit architectures. Thus please remove the binary packages on these
architectures.

Argh, that was stupid. Closing this bug hereby. Instead I pushed
https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-cran-blme/-/commit/3266ee689ae85cb231d10c9e365a612f30175e7f
to prevent running autopkgtest where it should not be run.
