On 64-bit architectures, oaklisp depends on the possibility to build
32-bit binaries. This feature will get removed on s390x starting with
linux 6.19 [1].
Therefore please remove oaklisp on s390x. The package is marked as NFU
on the wanna-build side to prevent it to get build again, until
gcc-multilib is actually removed from the archive.
