Severity: wishlist

Due to the asciidoctor bug:

* https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor/issues/4628
* https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1084777

I have hackish asciidoc/superscript.sh file in this source trr.

This should be removed once this bug is fixed in the upstream.
