curseofwar fails to cross build from source, because it uses the build
architecture compiler for building curseofwar-sdl. It does so during
dh_auto_install where debhelper does not pass cross tools. I recommend
performing the build during the dh_auto_build step where debhelper
passes cross tools and am attaching a patch to that end.
