Dear FTP masters,

please remove grpn. It missed trixie because it FTBFS with gcc-14 
and newer; this is not fixed in unstable either, thus it is not in 
testing.
It also depends on GTK 2, which we also want to remove sooner than 
later, and this also prevents it from reentering testing.

There seems to be a fork of the upstream codebase, but that saw its 
last commit over 4 years ago.
