I used this package to build a VM image using virt-builder. However, the
appliance used to install packages in the VM did not have an internet
connection. After some investigation, I understood that the reason was
that this appliance was missing the dhcpcd binary (the log had the error
message "dhcpcd: command not found"). After even more investigation, I
understood that the appliance was built from files coming from the
*host* (thanks to supermin), and the dhcpcd binary was not installed on
my system. I was able to fix the issue by installing dhcpcd-base on the
host and removing the cache of the appliance (rm -rf /var/tmp/.guestfs-*).
Hence I suggest adding dhcpcd-base as a dependency to this package.
