It seems that uqm-russian 1.0.2-6 is no longer compatible with latest uqm
0.8.0. Running uqm_russion (which should activate russian add-on) no longer
works.
Fixing trivial changes (different addon path) still does not work and fails
with:
Loading addon 'russian'
No RMP index files were loaded for addon 'russian'
with no resulting Russian support.
Homepage http://uqm-rus.uvw.ru no longer works, and while I was able to find
its SourceForge repo at https://sourceforge.net/projects/uqm-rus/ it was last
updated in 2013.
There is potential replacement (1.1.1-beta) in
https://sourceforge.net/projects/uqm-ru/ from 2019, but it also seems to be for
uqm 0.7.x (ref: https://urqm.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=225&start=20) and 0.8.x
seems to have changed addons structure, so it also fails to work.
In short, fixing this would need either finding newer version, or someone
willing to dig in to find the structural changes, and update the old addon
structure to fit UQM's 0.8.x new addons format.
