I believe this is a consequence of how multi-platform images are now
specified.
In the currently generated Dockerfile, I see:
FROM arm64v8/debian:unstable
Changing this to
FROM --platform=linux/arm64/v8 debian:unstable
resolved the issue for me. So I believe the IMAGE argument passed in
must be updated.
