I successfully compile (by pdflatex) the file:

But I get an error when compile this file with uncommented rows:

We are not a LaTeX help desk, this is a very strong exception! The
explanation + "fix" can be found here [1]. So putting the line
\setcounter{MaxMatrixCols}{12} right after the \usepackage{amsmath} line
solves your issue.
