gdk-pixbuf, when built with glycin, is missing support for the avif
format. This is ultimately blocked by Debian's rust-image not built
with the ravif feature yet. I'm filing this as a tracker bug for the
issue.

I misunderstood the rust-image missing feature. avif support is
working fine with gdk-pixbuf and with glycin.
