The packages emitting the lintian tag no-phrase results in the Debian
QA services maintainers getting cron mails (for eg see #1022102).
In order to avoid the cron spam and the need to file a bug and have a
new upload in order to stop the cron spam, it would be nice if the
lintian tag no-phrase could be added to the autoreject list.
