Dear Maintainer,
All the extra tooling under src/runtime_src/core/tools are not available
within this package. If one needs it (e.g. xbflash2), it needs to get directly
from xilinx, but it could be available on Debian, as it's probably already
build, but not shipped AFAIK.
I'm not sure if it should be part of libxrt-utils or be splited into new
packages.
I may be able to help with that with a NMU.
