Package: snmpd
Severity: normal

As explain in the upstream bug #2816 (https://sourceforge.net/p/net-snm
p/bugs/2816/) and in the upstream feature request #179 (https://sourcef
orge.net/p/net-snmp/feature-requests/179/), snmpd don't reply using the
IPv6 address the request was sent to.

A patch (https://sourceforge.net/p/net-snmp/feature-requests/_discuss/t
hread/009e8867/a82d/attachment/snmpUDPIPv6Domain.c.patch) is available
in upstream feature request #179 and can be applied on 5.7.3.

Please add this patch to Debian package.

Many thanks
