Message headers didn't support anymore multiple lines. Only the last
line is now displayed.


Evolution Preferences -> Mail Preferences -> Headers Tab
Displayed Message Headers
  Received and click on Add

Go to Inbox and select a message

View -> All messages headers tick
You will see the full headers: you should have multiple Received header
lines.
View -> All messages headers untick


On Evolution 3.4 (Wheezy)
Open the message
You will see all Received header lines bellow Date.


On Evolution 3.12.9 (Jessie)
Open the message
You will see only the last Received header line bellow Date.
