Description: rich library for HTTP agents

Net::HTTP provides a rich library which can be used to build HTTP user-agents.
It is designed to work closely with URI. URI::HTTP#host, URI::HTTP#port and
URI::HTTP#request_uri are designed to work with Net::HTTP.

This is required by ruby-faraday-net-http, and requires ruby-uri (another NEW
package).

I intend on maintaining this under the Debian Ruby umbrella.

Thanks,
Simon Quigley
