Package: webalizer
Version: 2.01.10-23
Severity: wishlist
So whenever webalizer has a problem parsing a line of a web log (e.g.
"Error: Skipping oversized log record"), it prints a warning to its
output -- this means that in the fairly-frequent event that a request
webalizer doesn't like makes it into the log, I get emailed every time
webalizer is run until the log rotates away. It would be better IMHO
if webalizer were smart enough to remember which lines it's complained
about already and not issue warnings about those lines, so I only get
one email for every line (or group of lines) that webalizer has trouble
with.
