Hello,
this source-package build-depends on libgnutls-openssl-dev but the binary
depends on libgnutls30t64 instead of libgnutls-openssl27t64.
Please update the build-depency accordingly to "libgnutls28-dev".
(I had dropped the GnuTLS wrapper library in 3.8.12-1 but will
temporarily add it back to let 3.8.12 propagate to testing. I will remove
it in the following GnuTLS upload which will make this bug a FTBFS
issue.)
cu Andreas
