gammaray fails to cross build from source, because the upstream build
system enables kuserfeedback support for native builds and disables it
for cross builds by default. Since debian/rules does not change this, it
ends up being disabled and dh_install complains. Please be explicit in
debian/rules, because we do not want such a cross vs native difference.
I'm attaching a patch for your convenience.
