nbdb_reindex segfaulted and Postfix was left in a non-working state:

The solution for me has been to EXPLICITLY set $default_database_type:
after setting it to its default the diff does not change, but now
everything works again.

Both of these issues are fixed by 3.11.0-4 upload,
but the bug hasn't been closed due to a typo on
my part. Closing it now.
