I'm happy that mpdecimal is back in Debian.
In version 4.0.1-5, mpdecimal development packages are separated into
libmpdec-dev and libmpdec++-dev,
but libmpdec++-dev does not depend on libmpdec-dev.
decimal.hh (from libmpdec++-dev) includes mpdecimal.h (from libmpdec-dev),
so I think that libmpdec++-dev should depend on libmpdec-dev (or at
least suggest).
