Please unblock package rustc
It seems we have a big of an issue with rustc's testing migration, Britney is
finding new stuff to test (presumablly either because of new stuff entering
testing, or because packages have newly added a "testsuite-triggers" for rustc)
faster
than the test results are coming in (particularly for ppc64el and s390x).
Can someone push it through?
