Currently, manpages ships mansect(1), but not the programme. Note, that
shipping the programme requires a new dependency on pcre2-utils.
Also note, that the example in the mansect(1) yields:
Binary file (standard input) matches
I'll send the necessary patch to upstream later (unless you beat me in
that :-))
(It looks like pdfman and sortman are missing as well, albeit their
man page is present as well.)
