     i tryed to install a vm out of an official vmware .ovf file but got errors.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or

     vm couldnt be imported

(Reading the log, this seems to have been a corrupted ovf file, as the
log indicates a "EOF" while importing.
