Hi,
I have a buici-clock running on my workstation almost all the
time. I've noticed that, after an extended period, sometimes it will
hang - either with the face black, or simply with the face no longer
updating. At this point, there seems to be no way to restart the
process and I have to kill it.
It appears in ps output thus:

and strace gets:
