Starting with version 11.0, qemu upstream dropped 32bit host support
entirely, including qemu utilities. Your package depends on qemu-utils
even on 32bit architectures (i386, armhf, etc). With qemu version 11.0
it wont work anymore.
Please drop dependency on qemu-utils on 32bit host architectures.
