Hi,
On loong64, isc-dhcp-client currently doesn't build due to bug 1096864.
As there are also attempts to remove isc-dhcp from Debian, it seems
people are not really interested in fixing the issue. For lxc-templates,
it works to replace isc-dhcp-client by dhcpd-base (I'm told at least for
trixie and newer) as I've done locally on our loong64 host for
ci.debian.net.

PS: I recall you wanted us to move away from lxc-templates, but it took
me a while to realize it wasn't in a bug report [1]. We're (very slowly)
moving to other backends than pure lxc, but it might be a while. I'm
wondering if it's worth filing a bug against src:debci about it.
