Starting version 11.0, qemu upstream dropped support for 32 bit
hosts entirely, including tools. Your package depends on qemu-utils
on 32bit architectures (i386, armhf, etc). This wouldn't work with
the upcoming release of qemu (already available on experimental).
Please drop this dependency on non-64bit hosts.
