Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
aetos could not be built reproducibly.
This is because the documentation generated a .doctrees directory
that contained nondeterminstic contents.
As these files are not useful in the binary package, a patch is
attached that removes these files after the docs have been generated.
