Starting version 11.0, upstream qemu dropped support for 32bit hosts
entirely, including the utilities. Your package depends on qemu-utils
even on 32bit hosts. This wont going to work with qemu 11.0, which is
availabe in experimental already.
Please drop recommendation of qemu-utils on 32bit host architectures.
