I've scheduled tests of 'aptly' on debci, there seems to be some
spurious failures on different archs:

Failing debci holds up testing migration, currently
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-golang-x-net is stuck due to this
(and one other reason, granted), so it would be nice to debug this
further, to avoid similar issues in the future.
