Dear Maintainer,
When enabling the extension metadata in ovn_agent [1], there is an error
indicating that haproxy is missing in neutron-ovn-agent.log because haproxy is
not installed as depends for neutron-ovn-agent. After installing haproxy the
extension worked like intended. Probably haproxy is also missing as depends in
neutron-ovn-metadata-agent, but I didn't test it. I will create a MR within
salsa.debian.org for this bug.
