In the rust word, minor version bumps are normally
considered breaking for pre-1.0 versions, but not for
post-1.0 versions.
However, waypipe has a build-dependency on
librust-clap-dev (<< 4.6.0)
This will cause the build of waypipe to fail in sid, and is
blocking the new version of rust-clap from migrating to
testing.
Please fix the dependency.
